kOS ships continuously — improvements reach you as they are released rather than in named versions. This page collects the changes worth knowing about, grouped by month and written from the point of view of someone using the product. Fixes that only matter internally are left out.
August 2026
Section titled “August 2026”Klu answers are more trustworthy. A run of improvements to how the assistant retrieves and cites:
- Citations are now titled with the document’s actual name rather than the name of the file as stored, so a cited source is recognisable at a glance.
- When the assistant has no answer in your records, it says so instead of filling the gap with loosely related sources. An empty answer you can trust is more useful than a confident one you can’t.
- Results are ranked on how relevant they are to your question, rather than on artefacts of how results from different searches were combined.
- Where a source count is shown, it counts documents rather than the number of passages a search happened to return, which is what you would expect it to mean.
Lex: better handling of Romanian authority. Constitutional Court (CCR) decisions are now treated as binding case law rather than as ordinary reference material, which changes how heavily the assistant leans on them. Where an answer names a specific article, that article is resolved and shown, so you can go straight to the text rather than searching for it. Hub navigation has also been tidied, with misleading and redundant controls removed.
Documentation. This site. Lex and Med had no documentation before it, and razorBridge’s guides lived inside the product; everything now lives here, with a Romanian version for the products that open in Romanian.
