What is kOS?
Acest conținut nu este încă disponibil în limba selectată.
kOS is the platform KlusAI’s products run on. Rather than three separate applications, Lex, Med and razorBridge are verticals on one tenanted system: they share sign-in, organizations, roles, document handling, and the same AI assistant, and differ in the domain modules and data each one exposes.
Practically, that means the things you learn once carry across products. How you invite a colleague, how you upload a document and ask a question against it, and how permissions decide what you can see work the same way in a law firm as in a clinic.
The pieces you’ll meet
Section titled “The pieces you’ll meet”- The Hub — the signed-in application. Its left-hand navigation changes per product, because each vertical brings its own modules.
- Klu — the assistant. It answers against your organization’s records and documents rather than from general knowledge, and cites what it used.
- Knowledge bases — the document collections Klu retrieves from. You control what goes in them.
- Organizations, roles and modules — who is in your tenant, what each person may do, and which parts of the product your organization has.
- Privacy tiers — whether AI processing happens in KlusAI’s EU cloud or on hardware you own.
The products
Section titled “The products”| Product | For | Where it lives |
|---|---|---|
| Lex | Law firms and notaries | lex.klusai.com |
| Med | Clinics and healthcare providers | med.klusai.com |
| razorBridge | Teams needing on-demand GPU compute | razorbridge.eu |
Lex and Med are Romanian-first: they open in Romanian and you can switch to English. razorBridge opens in English and also offers Romanian, German and French. See language settings.
What “one platform, several products” means for you
Section titled “What “one platform, several products” means for you”Three things are shared, and it is worth knowing which:
Your identity is shared, your data is not. You sign in once per product site. Everything you can see is scoped to the organization you are working in — your firm, your clinic, your team. If you belong to more than one organization, you pick one when you sign in and switch from the sidebar; you are never looking at two tenants at once.
The assistant is shared, its capabilities are not. Klu’s toolkit is scoped to the product you are in. In Lex it can search clients, cases, deadlines and Romanian court data; in Med it can search patients and appointments. A Lex tenant’s assistant has no access to clinical tools, and vice versa — not as a setting you could get wrong, but because those tools are not part of that product.
The building blocks are shared, the modules are not. The assistant, knowledge bases, members and roles, the audit log and usage reporting are platform capabilities that any product can draw on — but each product ships the set its customers need, so not every one of them appears in every product’s sidebar. The domain modules are clearly per-product: cases and court data in Lex, patients and appointments in Med, GPU sessions and billing in razorBridge.
Where to go next
Section titled “Where to go next”If you have an account and want to get productive, start with Getting started — sign in, find your way around, ask Klu a question, and put your first document into a knowledge base.
If you are evaluating kOS, the pages worth reading are Privacy tiers and Security and compliance.
If you are setting up a team, Administering your organization covers invitations, roles and language.
