Med — healthcare

Med is the KlusAI product for clinics and healthcare providers. It keeps your patients and appointments in one place, holds your clinic’s own clinical documents, and its centrepiece is the informed-consent engine: it records the consent conversation, checks that the legally required subjects were discussed, drafts the paperwork from what was actually said, and takes it through review and signature.

Med opens in Romanian; you can switch to English from your profile. The signed consent document is always produced in Romanian — other languages are offered as informative translations alongside it.

Med assists, it does not decide

Everything Med produces is a draft for a clinician to read and correct. Med does not diagnose, does not recommend treatment, and does not make clinical decisions. The treating clinician remains responsible for the content of every document they sign and for the care they give.

What Med covers

• Patients — patient records, identity details used on paperwork, and per-patient PDF documents.
• Appointments — the day’s list, statuses, and the link from an appointment into the visit itself.
• Informed consent — the consent session (patient, procedure, audio-recording consent, recording), the conversation check, document generation, review and signature, on screen or on paper.
• The visit record — transcript, follow-up recordings, generated documents, and finishing a consultation.
• Clinic forms — admission handover, discharge and refusal paperwork, produced as documents you can print or sign on screen.
• Approved consent content — your clinic’s own reviewed wording per pathology, which Med uses to complete what the conversation did not cover.
• Clinical knowledge — upload your guidelines and protocols and search them, or ask Klu about them.
• Klu for clinics — assistant commands for the day’s appointments, a patient overview, and clinical guideline lookups.

Sensitive data

Consent recordings, transcripts and patient records are among the most sensitive data a clinic holds. Med keeps them inside your clinic’s own tenant: records are created against the clinic you are working in, and staff from another clinic never see them. No HIPAA coverage

KlusAI does not offer a Business Associate Agreement and Med is not offered as a HIPAA-covered service. Med is built for GDPR obligations, with data stored in the European Union and never used to train AI models without your explicit consent. If your organization needs HIPAA coverage, talk to us before putting patient data into Med.
